| Did you know that your purchase of a 'fashionably aware' pet product from the Feline Fido breast cancer, autism and spay & neuter product collections contributes to breast cancer research, aids a child in obtaining a service dog and provides funding to several animal welfare groups, rescues and shelters throughout the USA?
Many of the causes Feline Fido Pet Designs has contributed to are listed below. Over time and as our resources grow we will add more to the list of causes we can support. We also regularly donate products to adoptable animals and/or pet rescue organizations to aid in fundraising efforts.
On a more personal level, we also donate time and resources to care for and foster local abandoned and rescued animals. With nearly 10 years of volunteer, foster and rescue work invested in the animal community, the importance of spay & neuter and responsible pet ownership is something we take very seriously.
Feline Fido Pet Designs actively makes contributions to the following organizations:
Susan G. Komen for the Cure(Includes local affiliates & 3 day walk events: donations based on product sales from our breast cancer awareness product collection)
The Autism Society of America (Prior to February 2008: donations based on past product sales from our autism awareness product collection)
4 Paws for Ability (Commencing in Feb 2008: donations based on product sales from our autism awareness product collection) 4 Paws for ability is a special organization dedicated to providing and training service dogs to those that may not be approved through other organizations. Their board of directors estimate that 90% of their assigned service dogs are trained specifically as autism assistance dogs.
