S&H:
Shipping charges are calculated based on size, weight & shipping destination. S&H charges are calculated during check out. Orders are shipped USPS wiith delivery confirmation or FedEX ground. Please verify shipping address and be sure the shipping location is a secure environment for personal packages to be delivered. Once delivery has been confirmed by the courier, we can not accept responsibility for lost/missing packages.
International orders (any packages shipped outside of the continental USA) are shipped via USPS First Class Airmail. Postal receipts will be retained and will serve as proof of shipment. International customers assume all risks involved with requesting delivery to international destinations, including customs taxes/fees (if applicable), delays and the possibility of lost or missing packages traveling overseas.
Using a Coupon/Promotion Code:
If you would like to use a coupon or promo code on your order, please enter the code in the promo box during checkout. Coupons must be used prior to their expiration date and within a single transaction, multiple offers can not be combined. One promo/coupon code may be used per order.
Returns/Exchanges:
If a Feline Fido product fails to meet your expectations, you may return or exchange said item within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued less any S&H charges (S&H is not refundable). Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. Any item returned/exchanged must be in it's original/unused condition. Returns will not be accepted for used/worn merchandise.
You must contact us for a return authorization prior to shipping items for return/exchange. Items must be received within the 14 day return policy window. Any item returned to Feline Fido without prior authorization will not be eligible for refund.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: All harnesses (harnesses are made to order based on measurements and breed specifications provided during the order process), any item that personalized, modified, engraved or custom sized, all special orders, sale or clearance priced items are considered final sale.
While we do try to choose lasting designs, we can not warrant products from fraying or fading. These are decorative & designer products. Every collar/leash/harness will wear differently for each animal, even those within the same household. Please see "Caring for your Feline Fido product" below for some tips). If your pet is not accustomed to wearing a collar (particularly puppies & kittens), is an excessive scratcher, has allergies or is known to bite or chew on their collar/leash. it is NOT recommended that you purchase a decorative collar. For those of you that can't resist the urge to dress your pet to impress, we recommend that you reserve your designer duds for special occasions.
Oops! We do our best to handle all orders with care and accuracy, but occassionally mistakes will happen. If we make an error on your order, we will quickly rectify it. However, we can not fix it, if you don't tell us. You must notify us immediately upon receipt if there is any problem with your order. If you do not contact us within 14 days of receipt, the order will be considered final and no exchange/return will be accepted.
Sizing
All of our products are sized in inches. Since there is no sizing standard throughout the pet industry, all manufacturers & designer vary in their sizing. It is imperative that you measure your pet carefully & order accordingly for each product. We are unable to guess your pet's size based on breed/weight. All pets come in different shapes and sizes, even those within the same breed. If you need guidance or have questions as to how to properly measure your pet, feel free to contact us prior to ordering.
As a courtesy to our customers, we will allow one complimentary size exchange on standard collar items only. Sorry, but if your pet's collar is customized with metal hardware upgrades, personalization or any other customization we can not offer exchange. Return S&H is the responsibility of the consumer (including the cost to ship the replacement item). Designs will not be substituted during the exchange process, unless the original design is no longer in stock.
Caring for your Feline Fido product
Designer collars, harnesses and leashes are fun and fashionable. While designer pet products are also functional, you may wish to swap out collars before spending an afternoon with Fido at the dog park. Pink polka dots and mud wrestling do not go hand and hand. Even with regular use your pets designer duds may get a bit dirty. Most Feline Fido products can be handwashed with a mild detergent. Do not tumble dry, simply lay flat to dry. Be sure to check all collars, harnesses, leashes and other pet wear on a regular basis.
A quick tip: If edges of nylon webbing begin to fray over time, due to scratching or rough play, you can trim off the excess and then carefully run the edges over an open flame to melt fly-aways back into place.
Pet Id tags are an important addition to any pet collar and the most reliable method to ensure safe return of your pet in the event he gets lost. Because pets need to wear their identification at all times, it's not unlikely for pet tags to show signs of wear. Depending on your pets habits, activity level and living situation, the degree of wear will vary greatly. Pet tags can not be warranted from wear & tear. To aid in keeping a designer pet tag in tip-top shape, we suggest attaching the tag to the collar using it's own individual split ring attachment and not to affix it where other tags, charms or pieces of metal will rub against it. If you find that your pet's tag shows signs of wear easily, you may want to reserve designer pet tags for special occasions and use an aluminum tag for everyday use.
Craftsmanship & Safety Information:
Pet safety is always on our mind. We love our pets more than anything in this world and would not offer products we didn't feel are of the highest quality. To be sure of this we craft all of our collars, leads and harnesses using commercial grade nylon webbing (stronger than polypro or cotton webbing), steel welded d-rings, cast metal slides, nickel plated snaphooks, nylon side release buckles designed specifically for dog collars and the option to upgrade to a metal side release buckles on all medium & large dog collars. We craft our products using commercial and/or industrial sewing machines with strong bonded threads.
All pet products will wear with use and must be checked frequently for signs of wear. Please be responsible and inspect your pet's collar, harness and leash regularly. Adjust collars to fit properly and safely for your pet. Be sure to take great care to note if seams, stitching or hardware are showing any signs of wear; use of such items should be immediately discontinued.
We take great care to make the best products possible. However, it is the consumers responsibility to determine if a Feline Fido product is suitable for their individual pet. We do not ever our products be used on a "tie out", nor do we recommend that any pet be left outside on a tie-out or leash of any kind, without supervision.
Never leave a collar on any crated or caged animal. Our cat collars are crafted with safety break-away buckles, which means that the manufacturer designs the buckles to pull apart under pressure; therefore they are not to be used with a leash.
DISCLAIMER: It is the consumers responsibility to ensure that any Feline Fido item is suitable for their individual pet. Pet items will wear differently for each individual animal. Inspect collars and other items regularly to ensure seams are stitched tightly and buckles, webbing, etc. are suitable for continued use. The consumer is responsible for determining the suitability of any Feline Fido product for their individual pet/situation and assumes all responsibility and liability by purchasing these products.
